RelaxForm EQ
Calming Supplement For Horses
RelaxForm EQ is an advanced calming supplement for horses designed to help keep horses relaxed and focused. Many situations can induce stress including competition, travel, new environment, farrier visits or extended stall rest. Stress not only weakens the immune system, it can also impact the horse’s health and performance.
RelaxForm EQ is carefully formulated with a drug-free blend of stress-reducing herbs, vitamins and minerals including calcium, magnesium and B-Complex; B-Complex is also known as the “stress vitamin” as it is frequently used to naturally reduce stress. RelaxForm EQ provides behavior and calming support that can help take the “edge” off the horse, so he can remain focused and attentive.
Magnesium and Calcium work together as a natural tranquilizer, producing calming effects; B-Complex also known as the “stress vitamin” is used to naturally reduce stress. Botanical herbs (hops, passion flower and skullcap) are natural calming agents that are effective in reducing reducing anxiety, hyperactivity, nervousness, restlessness and stress.
AJ Little Lena is one of the best mares I’ve ever come across. She is fast, agile and a great athlete – consistent and willing, I knew AJ Little Lena had it in her to be a great cutter; I just needed something that would help calm her down and take the edge off.
I had tried other calming supplements without much success, and then I decided to try RelaxForm EQ. What a difference it made in her! She is bright, alert and attentive and can now focus on her job without any side effects. I especially like that RelaxForm EQ is a natural solution to help my mare perform her best.

Equine Calming Supplement Ingredient Benefits:
Calcium & Magnesium
A basic element found in nearly all organized tissues, calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and combines with phosphorus to form calcium phosphate in the bones and teeth. Calcium is essential for the normal functioning of nerves and muscles and plays a role in blood coagulation and in many enzymatic processes. Calcium and magnesium are both important nutrient minerals for promoting calm nerves. These minerals work together to signal proper contraction and relaxation of the muscles. Additionally, they also help with protein and energy production.
Hops
For centuries, the flowers from the hops plant (Humulus lupulus) have been used as a natural sedative to relieve nervous tension and anxiety. The calming effects of hops has been recognized and valued from very early times; it was observed that hop pickers became relaxed at work, apparently as a result of the transfer of some hop resin from their hands to their mouths, and the plant quickly gained recognition as an herbal sedative. As the effects of hops are mild, hops is most effective when combined with other herbs including passion flower, and skullcap.
Passion Flower
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) has long been used in the Americas and later in Europe as a calming herb to relieve stress and anxiety. Scientists believe passion flower works by increasing levels of a chemical called gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA lowers the activity of some brain cells, which has a natural calming effect.
Skullcap
Skullcap has been used for more than 200 years as a mild relaxant and as a therapy for anxiety and stress. Native Americans as well as traditional European herbalists historically have used skullcap to relieve anxiety and nervousness. Skullcap derives its name from the cap-like appearance of the outer whorl of its small blue or purple flowers. It is a slender, heavily branched plant that grows to a height of 2 – 4 feet and blooms each July. The parts used for medicinal purposes are the leaves, which are harvested in June from a three to four year old skullcap plant.
Vitamin B-Complex
The vitamin B complex is a group of water soluble vitamins that are necessary for the metabolism of nutrients. B-12 is known to have a calming effect. They include thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, folate, B-12, pantothenic acid, biotin and choline.
